Join the City of Henderson for the official grand open and ceremonial ribbon cutting of Dundee Jones Park. This event is open to the public and free for all ages! Parking is limited. Time: 3:00pm Where:

-May 5th – Cinco de Mayo – Spend your Friday celebrating with special live performances by Ellas and the Villalobos Brothers at the Water Street Amphitheater. On the plaza, enjoy Mexican cuisine and drinks from your local food truck favorites. See below for full schedule and vendor updates.

-May 13th & 14th – Art Festival of Henderson 2023 – One of the most popular Art Festivals in the region, this Mother’s Day tradition features a variety of contemporary artists, fine unique crafts, even fashion and home décor artisans. Visitors will see live art demonstrations such as glass blowing and a chalk art gallery along with daily entertainment.

– May 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27th – Shakespeare on the Plaza with The Tempest – The Nevada Shakespeare Festival returns to the Water Street Plaza with a special production of The Tempest! Master Illusionist Rod Raven portrays the tortured Prospero in this magical adaptation of one of Shakespeare’s last and most beloved plays.
